1. What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, phone number and park location. It also records the language and, when available, the country inferred by the hosting service. Hosting and security logs may contain your IP address, request time and browser information. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
2. Why and on what basis
We use enquiry details to respond, clarify the scope and prepare cooperation. Where you request steps before a contract with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For correspondence with company representatives, other enquiries, service security and the establishment or defence of claims, the basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Providing details is voluntary; without the required contact details and message we cannot handle the form enquiry. The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing campaign.
3. Who may process the data
Authorised members of our team and providers supporting our website, database, email and technical maintenance may process the necessary data. The website uses Vercel hosting, a Supabase database and technical support by AI Business Lab / CLEARWISE sp. z o.o.; email correspondence may use Google services. An internal assistant can use Anthropic services to help staff review enquiries. WhatsApp opens only when you choose the link, and its provider then processes data under its own terms. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
4. Processing outside the EEA
Some technology providers operate internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer occurs, it must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us to request information about the safeguards applicable to your data and a copy or reference to them.
5. How long data is kept
We keep enquiry data for the time needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting cooperation. Where continued storage is necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims, the period is determined by the applicable limitation periods and the circumstances of the matter. Security logs are retained for the period needed to investigate incidents and protect the service. Data that is no longer needed for these purposes should be removed or anonymised.
6. Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where the legal conditions apply, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl), or the competent authority in your country. We normally respond to rights requests within one month.
7. Cookies and external services
The site stores your chosen language in the jezyk cookie for up to one year and the display theme in motyw for up to 90 days. The restricted client system uses the smr_system login cookie for up to 30 days after login. You can remove cookies through your browser settings, which resets preferences or signs you out.
